Yes. The starter hive — board basics, piece movement, and the first puzzles — costs nothing and needs no card. Paid plans only matter if you want live small-group classes later.
What ages is Chess Bee for?
Kids aged 5 to 14. Younger bees start with story-based piece adventures; older bees move faster into tactics and real games.
Will you spam my email?
Never. We send one confirmation, one follow-up about your child’s schedule, and (only if you opt in) a weekly Honeygram. You can unsubscribe in one click.
Is my child safe here?
